Can I forward my emails to another email address?

Absolutely! just provide us the email address you would like to forward the emails to and we will get it set up. You can also create automatic replies. Contact us via email, chat, call, or text.

How do I add an email?

Contact us to provide the email address you would like to add and if you would like the emails to be forwarded to another email address or not. You can do this via email, chat, text, or call.

How do I check my Professional email?

Simply visit www.varitiez.com/email and enter your email address with the temporary password that was provided.

How much does it cost?

Cost can range depending on your site needs. The cost breaks down into two categories:

Registration - is charged to register your website on the World Wide Web (WWW). This depends on the type of registration you choose. Costs starting at $0.00/month for shared services and self standing websites starting at $14.09/month.

Designs - is charged at the rate of $0.01 per character/code.

Will my site be secure?

Absolutely! We will secure your website to ensure that users see the lock on your website and know its safe to input their personal information via your forms or blogs.

What happens if I forget my password for my protected website?

You would contact us via email, chat, phone call or text to inform us to reset your password. We will then set your password to your choice.

How do I update my website?

You would simply contact us via email, live chat, text, or call to inform us of the update. We will discuss and clarify anything that is unclear and start working on the changes.

Do I ever have to program anything or know about programming?

Absolutely not! We will do everything for you and your role is to simply inform us of what you would like and we work on learning the codes and programming.

What happens if my domain name is not available?

If your domain name is not available we will search for names similar or discuss changing the ending from .com (Most common) to be .net, .us, .gov, etc. If these are not options you are wanting to search we can look up contact information for the owner of the domain to see if they would like to sell it to you.

What do I do if I already have a website?

Since you already have a site built and probably are just looking for maintenance. We offer that service as well where you would just contact us when you need your site changed/updated.

Is there a monthly or annual cost?

There is a cost to register your domain name however we do have options. Domain options are how you would like to be listed on the World Wide Web (WWW). These options range in price and we will discuss more in detail with you at the time of launch. However options are as follows:

WWW.YOURDOMAINNAME.COM - Will register your domain so no one else can use it. It will display your site as being a secured website and allow to be live on the WWW so the world can see your site. Prices for domain registration can start as low as $14.09/month and this is retail price before any discounts.

(NOTE: If your site is already registered with another host you do not need to pay this fee to us and can continue to use your existing host unless you would like to switch to us.)

___YOURDOMAINNAME____.varitiez.com - This option is on a shared server and will reduce the cost of your yearly hosting plan to be $7.05/month and this is retail price before any discounts.

www.varitiez.com/___YOURDOMAINNAME____ - This option is on a shared server and will reduce the cost of your yearly hosting plan to be $0.00/month.

(NOTE: Something to keep in mind is that shared domain's use the same server, SSL license and secure browsing. This means that as traffic on sites increase it could slow down the experience the user has on the sites.)

How long does it take to complete a design?

This is dependent on the design and complexity of the site. Rough estimates are:

Simple corrections or additions like adding a word, sentence, paragraph, or image would be within 1-2 hours of receiving request. (This is based on you getting us content in electronic form. Us having to come up with the content and or electronic copy can increase the time.)

If the design is straightforward, and the implementation is also straightforward, then allow 8 hours for design and 8 for development for each page. So the front end of the site would take 64–96 hours to complete. If it's more complicated, allow 16–24 hours each for design and development per page.

What would be my role in website designs?

Your role would be to get us your content information and ideas. However this role can change depending on the stage you are in.

No Website currently - Since this is the first website we will start out by getting some answers to some basic questions from you about your website. These questions are about hours of operation, business name, location details, services etc.

Once we have this information we will begin with clarifying some of the answers we may still have questions on. We will also discuss with you the layout that you would like and discuss colors for the site. We may also ask for pictures if needed for the website. (Logo, services, staff, location, etc.)

After this is complete we will design and when ready we will contact you to consult on the final result and make any adjustments requested.

Existing Website If you have an existing website we will discuss what changes/enhancements you would like done on your website.

Once complete we will contact you to consult on the final product and make any adjustments that are requested.

What is the turnaround time to get changes done to my website once I become a customer?

Immediately! - As soon as you contact us via email, phone, chat, or in person we will get working on the project and give you an estimated time frame if its a large project.

Do I have to contact Varitiez every time I need a new email address created?

Yes - You can email, call, text, or live chat to request a new email to be created for you we would just need the email address you want created plus if you want it forwarded to another email or not.

Will I be limited on how many email addresses I get?

No - Varitiez believes in offering things Unlimited as much as possible. You will get as many email addresses as needed

Can I learn how to design a website?

No - Varitiez will design a website for you but we currently do not teach how to design a website.

Do I have to be a business to get a website designed for me?

No - We design websites for anyone who needs one and we custom make them to fit your needs.
