Instantly - As soon as you send in the 'New Account Application' and we receive it you will be given a "VAN" (Varitiez Account Number) and you are a customer.
Do I have to live in Texas to be a member?
Do I have to keep ordering with Varitiez each month?
No - You only have to order once (1) every six months, because you have to keep your account active if not the account will be closed.
How old do I have to be to open an account?
An Account Holder must be at least eight-teen (18) years of age or older. However if you are underage your parents can open an account under their information and list you as an Authorize Buyer.
Do I have to be a business or company to give a donation?
No - Anyone can give a donation of any amount.
Is my donation tax deductible?

How much does it cost?
Cost can range depending on your site needs. The cost breaks down into two categories:
Registration - is charged to register your website on the World Wide Web (WWW). This depends on the type of registration you choose. Costs starting at $0.00/month for shared services and self standing websites starting at $14.09/month.
Designs - is charged at the rate of $0.01 per character/code.

What happens if I forget my password for my protected website?
You would contact us via email, chat, phone call or text to inform us to reset your password. We will then set your password to your choice.

You would simply contact us via email, live chat, text, or call to inform us of the update. We will discuss and clarify anything that is unclear and start working on the changes.
Do I ever have to program anything or know about programming?
Absolutely not! We will do everything for you and your role is to simply inform us of what you would like and we work on learning the codes and programming.
What happens if my domain name is not available?
If your domain name is not available we will search for names similar or discuss changing the ending from .com (Most common) to be .net, .us, .gov, etc. If these are not options you are wanting to search we can look up contact information for the owner of the domain to see if they would like to sell it to you.
What do I do if I already have a website?
Since you already have a site built and probably are just looking for maintenance. We offer that service as well where you would just contact us when you need your site changed/updated.
Is there a monthly or annual cost?
There is a cost to register your domain name however we do have options. Domain options are how you would like to be listed on the World Wide Web (WWW). These options range in price and we will discuss more in detail with you at the time of launch. However options are as follows:

No Website currently - Since this is the first website we will start out by getting some answers to some basic questions from you about your website. These questions are about hours of operation, business name, location details, services etc.
Once we have this information we will begin with clarifying some of the answers we may still have questions on. We will also discuss with you the layout that you would like and discuss colors for the site. We may also ask for pictures if needed for the website. (Logo, services, staff, location, etc.)
After this is complete we will design and when ready we will contact you to consult on the final result and make any adjustments requested.

No - Varitiez believes in offering things Unlimited as much as possible. You will get as many email addresses as needed

Cost can range depending on your database needs. The cost breaks down into objects/fields costs range from $3.00 Per Field to $5.00 Per Code, Button, Email, Form, Image, and/or Report.
Will my database be secure?
Absolutly! We will secure your database to ensure that information contained in the database is secure and requires a username and password. If you perfer to not have a secure database for what ever reason we can make it unsecure as well.
What happends if I forget my password for my Database?
Users in the database will be granted different access. If you have more than one administrator for the database then the one that is not locked out can change the password for you. If you are the only administrator and dont remember your password you can contact us to reset your password.

You would simply contact us via email, chat, text, or call to inform us of the update. We will discuss and clarify anything that is unclear and start working on the changes. Once changes are complete we will contact you to perform an upgrade on your exsisting database.

What do I do if I already have a database?
We will discuss reasons you are wanting to add a database or replace your exsisting database. If you would like to replace we will discuss what "works" and what does not work to ensure we implement the works.

Once a database is programed and paid for there is no monthly or annual cost. We do however offer a service called Database Monthly Activity (241) that can be purchased as an add-on/stand alone service that allows you to make as many changes as you would like to your database with a monthly cost.
