Simple corrections or additions like adding a word, scentence, paragraph, field, or image would be within 1-2 hours of receiving request. (This is based on you getting us content in electronic form. Us having to come up with the content and or electronic copy can increase the time.)
If the design is straightforward, and the implementation is also straightforward, then allow 8 hours for design and 8 for development for each form. So the front end of the database would take 64–96 hours to complete. If it's more complicated, allow 16–24 hours each for design and development per form.
