Download a database and have full access for a full 30 days to see what altercations you would like to make and or if the database is perfect the way it is. Requirements

You must have Microsoft Access installed on your PC in order to run our databases, if you need to download a copy for free please Click Here. Because each database is a trial you will need to have internet access in order to get past the splash screen.

Varitiez Advanced Database

This database has several uses to it like: storing Customer records, invoicing customers, applying promotions and discounts, notating accounts, viewing and printing reports, printing basic forms, sending forms via email, and much more.

Varitiez Apartments Database

This database was designed for a couple to be able to assist them in their apartment search. It allowed them to put all Apartments they found in one location and filter the information. This allowed them to quickly see what apartments best fit their needs. It also allowed them to be able to email, print, and save their list.

Varitiez Groceries Database

This database has was created for a single mom at home wanting to make it easy for her kids and her self to add items to a grocery list when needed. She needed something that was quickly accessible on her tablet for her kids to see this as a game to add items to her needed list. It prints and is easily accessible to add, remove and edit features.

Varitiez Facilitator Database

This database was created to help a partner company with how they prepare for a New Hire class in their company. A lot of paperwork, emails, and communication is needed. When I first started with them everything was memorized and new trainers needed to write a lot of things down and follow check lists. Now with this database they are able to complete the new hire process in less then 5 minutes. They also do not have to duplicate efforts to enter information for example. they would have to print a class list, certificates, emails, request system access, etc and all containing the same information associates name employee id number and start/end date. With this database they are now able to enter the information once and let the database do the rest with just a click of a button. This database also handles multiple departments (7) within this organization.

Varitiez Billz Tracker Database

This database was designed to help individuals track and pay bills. This will contain 12 months worth of data for the payee that the customer is paying. An example is if the customer has a monthly payment with company x they will enter this companies information into the database and their monthly payment. They can alter the payment amounts per month.

This database was designed for any business selling goods and just needs to ring up transactions and view data of transactions. It is used for single every consumer use. This database can be used as is or we can add/remove items to fit your business or personal needs.

This database is used by barber shops and or salons to ring up sales, save client information and make appointments. This database can be used as is or we can add/remove items to fit your business or personal needs.

Varitiez Restaurant Database

This database is used for restaurants that need to check out and communicate with kitchen on orders to no longer have written tickets. It is tablet friendly to be able to use on a PC/Tablet that is able to download and run Microsoft Access. This database provides the ability to do Split payment on transactions. This database can be used as is or we can add/remove items to fit your business or personal needs.

Database Frequently Asked Question's

Does is require a credit check?

NO! We will discuss your project and finance it without a credit check.

Is there a membership fee?

NO! We do not charge a membership fee.

How much does it cost?

Cost can range depending on your database needs. The cost breaks down into objects/fields costs range from $3.00 Per Field to $5.00 Per Code, Button, Email, Form, Image, and/or Report.

Will my database be secure?

Absolutly! We will secure your database to ensure that information contained in the database is secure and requires a username and password. If you perfer to not have a secure database for what ever reason we can make it unsecure as well.

What happends if I forget my password for my Database?

Users in the database will be granted different access. If you have more than one administrator for the database then the one that is not locked out can change the password for you. If you are the only administrator and dont remember your password you can contact us to reset your password.

How do I update my database?

You would simply contact us via email, chat, text, or call to inform us of the update. We will discuss and clarify anything that is unclear and start working on the changes. Once changes are complete we will contact you to perform an upgrade on your exsisting database.

Do I ever have to program anything or know about programing?

Absolutly not! We will do everything for you and your role is to simply inform us of what you would like and we work on learning the codes and programing.

What do I do if I already have a database?

We will discuss reasons you are wanting to add a database or replace your exsisting database. If you would like to replace we will discuss what "works" and what does not work to ensure we implement the works.

Is there a monthly or annual cost?

Once a database is programed and paid for there is no monthly or annual cost. We do however offer a service called Database Monthly Activity (241) that can be purchased as an add-on/stand alone service that allows you to make as many changes as you would like to your database with a monthly cost.

How long does it take to complete a design?

This is dependent on the design and complexity of the database. Rough estimates are:

Simple corrections or additions like adding a word, scentence, paragraph, field, or image would be within 1-2 hours of receiving request. (This is based on you getting us content in electronic form. Us having to come up with the content and or electronic copy can increase the time.)

If the design is straightforward, and the implementation is also straightforward, then allow 8 hours for design and 8 for development for each form. So the front end of the database would take 64–96 hours to complete. If it's more complicated, allow 16–24 hours each for design and development per form.

What would be my role in database designs?

Your role would be to get us your content information, ideas, and current forms, reports, and fields.

Once complete we will contact you to consult on the final product and make any adjustments that are requested.

Can I learn how to design a database?

No - Varitiez will design a database for you but we currently do not teach how to design a database.

Do I have to be a business to get a database designed for me?

No - We design databases for anyone who needs one and we custom make them to fit your needs.
