Our Process

Step 1

Complie Current Forms and Documents

Getting us your forms and documents you currently use like application, invoices, recipts, welcome letters, emails you send etc. Getting these to use will help us in the process of developing your database to ensure we include it in the designs of the database.

Step 2

Contact Information

Now that you have complied your forms and documents we need some contact information to discuss your ideas. If you don't have any no problem that's what we are here for, to get you and your business moving forward with technology.

Step 3

Answer some questions

To better understand your needs and wants we have created some basic questions as it relates to your business. This will allow us to start working on the shell of your database while you get us key information needed for your design.

Step 4

Consultation

In this step we will discuss options that can be added and see the database for the first time. After seeing it we will take back any changes/feedback provided and incorporate and complete some last minute touches.

Step 5

Approval/Launch

As a last and most important step. Its the approval process this approval comes from you the only one who can give the final approval to make the database accesable and training on how to use the database.

Database Frequently Asked Question's

Does is require a credit check?

NO! We will discuss your project and finance it without a credit check.

Is there a membership fee?

NO! We do not charge a membership fee.

How much does it cost?

Cost can range depending on your database needs. The cost breaks down into objects/fields costs range from $3.00 Per Field to $5.00 Per Code, Button, Email, Form, Image, and/or Report.

Will my database be secure?

Absolutly! We will secure your database to ensure that information contained in the database is secure and requires a username and password. If you perfer to not have a secure database for what ever reason we can make it unsecure as well.

What happends if I forget my password for my Database?

Users in the database will be granted different access. If you have more than one administrator for the database then the one that is not locked out can change the password for you. If you are the only administrator and dont remember your password you can contact us to reset your password.

How do I update my database?

You would simply contact us via email, chat, text, or call to inform us of the update. We will discuss and clarify anything that is unclear and start working on the changes. Once changes are complete we will contact you to perform an upgrade on your exsisting database.

Do I ever have to program anything or know about programing?

Absolutly not! We will do everything for you and your role is to simply inform us of what you would like and we work on learning the codes and programing.

What do I do if I already have a database?

We will discuss reasons you are wanting to add a database or replace your exsisting database. If you would like to replace we will discuss what "works" and what does not work to ensure we implement the works.

Is there a monthly or annual cost?

Once a database is programed and paid for there is no monthly or annual cost. We do however offer a service called Database Monthly Activity (241) that can be purchased as an add-on/stand alone service that allows you to make as many changes as you would like to your database with a monthly cost.

How long does it take to complete a design?

This is dependent on the design and complexity of the database. Rough estimates are:

Simple corrections or additions like adding a word, scentence, paragraph, field, or image would be within 1-2 hours of receiving request. (This is based on you getting us content in electronic form. Us having to come up with the content and or electronic copy can increase the time.)

If the design is straightforward, and the implementation is also straightforward, then allow 8 hours for design and 8 for development for each form. So the front end of the database would take 64–96 hours to complete. If it's more complicated, allow 16–24 hours each for design and development per form.

What would be my role in database designs?

Your role would be to get us your content information, ideas, and current forms, reports, and fields.

Once complete we will contact you to consult on the final product and make any adjustments that are requested.

Can I learn how to design a database?

No - Varitiez will design a database for you but we currently do not teach how to design a database.

Do I have to be a business to get a database designed for me?

No - We design databases for anyone who needs one and we custom make them to fit your needs.
