Terms and Conditions

1. SUBJECT AND NATURE OF THE AGREEMENT: THIS CONTRACT IS VALID WHEN THE CLIENT HAS PAID AND SIGN. THE COST INCLUDES ANALYSIS OF THE NEGATIVE ACCOUNTS, APPLYING FOR THE CREDIT REPORTS, AND ORIENTATION IT HAS A COST OF $99 . IS CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE DISBURSEMENT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. THERE IS NOT A DETERMINED TIME TO ELIMINATE ALL NEGATIVE ACCOUNTS.

2. EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT: THE CUSTOMER PURCHASES OUR SERVICES VOLUNTARILY WE ARE DONORLY ADVISED TO ASSIST WITH YOUR RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO THE LAW FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT (FCRA)

3. RIGHTS: WE ARE DONELY ADVISED TO ASSIST YOU WITH THE RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO THE CREDIT FAIR REPORTING ACT. THE CLIENT HAS BEEN ADVISE, WE ARE A FINANCIAL TOOL, AN INTERMEDIARY OF THE CREDIT BUREAUS. ABC CREDIT DOES NOT GUARANTEE SHORT TERM RESULTS, WE OFFER YOU THE 100% OF GETTING THE BEST RESULTS. THE CUSTOMER IN FULL KNOWLEDGE WORKED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CREDIT FAIR REPORTING ACT.

4. CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES (CRA'S): THE CUSTOMER IN FULL KNOWLEDGE WE WORK THREE CREDIT AGENCIES WHAT WOULD BE TRANSUNION, EQUIFAX AND EXPERIAN. THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT IS 12 MONTHS STARTING DATE SIGNING CONTRACT. CUSTOMER WILL HAVE 7 DAYS TO CANCEL CONTRACT.

5. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES: CUSTOMER IN FULL KNOWLEDGE, IT WILL BE WORKED ACCORDING TO SELECTED OFFER IF CASE COLLATES CERTIFIED LETTER CUSTOMER SHOULD COST EXPENSES.

6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: CUSTOMER CERTIFIED READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS FREE AND VOLUNTARILY THROUGH THIS I AUTHORIZE TO WORK ON MY NAME, REQUEST MY CREDIT REPORT AND DELETE INACCURATE ACCOUNTS TO THE FCRA.

7. RULES: AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRE CLIENTS TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING RULES:

a. STATUS AND RESULTS: CUSTOMER SHOULD CALL TWO TIMES A MONTH TO KNOW STATUS AND WHEN RESULTS ARE GOING TO ARRIVE.

b. DELAYS: CUSTOMER WHO DOES NOT CALL, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF THE CASE IS DELAYED.

c. SENDING DOCUMENTS: SEND DOCUMENTS BY EMAIL OR REGULAR MAIL ONLY.

d. REOPENING A CASE: CUSTOMER WHO HAS MORE THAN THREE MONTHS WITHOUT CALLING THE CASE WILL BE CLOSED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $50.00 RE-OPEN IT.

e. HOURS TO CALL: CALL FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 9:00AM TO 6:00PM SATURDAY 9:00AM TO 12:00PM

f. REQUESTING CREDIT: DO NOT REQUEST ANYTHING UNDER CREDIT THIS WILL AFFECTS YOUR CREDIT SCORE CONSULT BEFORE MAKING ANY REQUEST

g. STATUS REQUESTS: FOR STATUS CALL ONLY, DO NOT TEXT FOR STATUS

h. NEW ACCOUNTS: THEIR WILL BE A $30.00 CHARGE TO WORK NEW ACCOUNTS, PRICE IS PER EACH NEW ACCOUNT.
